Heart of Gold is the third and final video from Fr. Pontifex’s album “The Symphony and The Static.” The theme of the album is the human drama with all of its highs and lows, joys and pains, and questions and answers. Heart of Gold, is a song that is about the beauty and perseverance of the Church, the Body of Christ, and all of its members. Accompanied by the visual from Spirit Juice Studios, the song has multiple layers of meaning literally and metaphorically. Bullying is an issue that is near and dear to the hearts of Fr. Pontifex and Spirit Juice. Bullying is a reality not just on the playground but in every stage of life. For us to be a voice against bullying is to also stand up for the dignity and respect that is due to every human being from conception to natural death. Let us all stand together with a banner of true love as defined by Jesus Christ and seek to persevere with a message of hope amidst the violence, persecution, and injustice of the world.
